A shareware drop-in replacement for Network Messaging in OS/2 Warp. MUCH BETTER user interface. Also (optional) alternate transfer protocol for vastly better performance. See the enclosed INF and HLP files for more details.
Current version 4.3.6 (4.3.5 in WarpIn format). A successor is planned; watch What's New for "Pigeon".
28/12/2001: The successor has arrived! Pigeon has been released! Telegraf/2, from now on, will remain static. Don't expect any new features, although if someone complains about a bug I might release a bug fix. But if you're worried about support, your fears are groundless: I will continue to support Telegraf forever, or at least as long as I still have my source code (which I intend to keep as long as possible).
Note: Registered Telegraf/2 users are entitled to a free copy of Pigeon, on disk, by email, or over the Internet.
File: TG2436.ZIP (246KB) - ZIP format, or TG2435.WPI (240KB) - WarpIn format (slightly behind in version)
Requires: REXX, VROBJ, RXEXTRAS, REXXLIB; networking very useful
ZIP Installation: Unzip, copy DLLs to LIBPATH.
WPI Installation: Open the .WPI in WarpIn.
Operation: Run. See INF and HLP for details.
De-installation: Delete.
Distribution: Shareware.
